Alabama artist Eddie LeRoy was selected as the winner of the 2019 Federal Duck Stamp Contest for his acrylic painting of a pair of black-bellied whistling ducks. LeRoy is a noted artist from Eufaula, Alabama. His paintings have been published on the cover of BASS magazine and in Buckmasters, Deer & Deer Hunting, Hunters’ World, Alabama Conservation, Alabama Wildlife, Turkey Call, Southern Outdoors, Aqua Field Publications, Field & Stream, Sports Afield as well as many others.
